The following agreement describes the terms of use on which Digital Farm System ( “DFS/We/Us” ) offers to sell to you and permit your use/and/or resale of its products. By using or reselling our products you agree to these Terms of Use.

DFS may, in its sole discretion, terminate your use of DFS Products and/or Services at anytime. You are personally liable for any products and/or costs that you incur prior to termination. DFS reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the product at any time without prior notice.

DFS Retains all copyrights and trademarks to the products and their contents, which are being sold to you. The copyrighted and/or trademarked material, including the overall look of the product as well as their content, is not to be used or duplicated without the written permission of DFS. Use of the copyrighted and/or trademarked material in a way not outlined and/or beyond it’s intended use constitutes copyright and/or trademarked material in a way not outlined and/or beyond it’s intended use constitutes copyright and/or trademark infringement.

Should you attempt to tamper with/copy/remove the scripts in the Products they will delete or break themselves and replacements will NOT be given.

DISCLOSURE, COPYRIGHT, AND TRADEMARK NOTE: Textures and scripts are not to be given away, published, or resold. Consumables are not to be resold under any condition.

We reserve the right to make judgment calls for any situation not covered by these Terms of Use.

DFS Reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes.

DISCLAIMER: DFS DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE PRODUCT OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICE OR FEATURE OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS CAN BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS.

Linden Lab’s Terms of Service agreement recognizes Residents’ right to retain full intellectual property protection for the digital content they create in Second Life, including avatar characters, clothing, scripts, textures, objects and designs. This right is enforceable and applicable both in-world and offline, both for non-profit and commercial ventures.
